One part of Ports of Auckland’s iconic red fence has been lost in a battle with a bus.
An Airbus Express transfer bus clipped the gatepost at Queens Wharf, sending the huge iron structure down for the count.
Multiple police cars attended to the scene, while a forklift attended to the gate post.
