The Triton R Concept is bringing street appeal to the Fieldays.
Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand (MMNZ) is unveiling the new look ute which is design for “streetside show” rather than “off-road escapades”.
MMNZ head of marketing and corporate affairs Reece Congdon says the technical team worked up an extreme look.
“After adding 80mm to the height of the standard Triton, our technical team couldn’t resist seeing how far they could take it in the other direction.
“The R Concept sits just 50mm off the road; a whopping 230mm lower than the factory version. It just goes to show the scope for modification,” Congdon says.
