Heavy transport engineering firm TMC Trailers Ltd has opened a new purpose-built service centre in Drury, south Auckland.
The new workshop, located at 2 Toiawaka Rd, will feature a COF inspection lane which is expected to be complete by August 2024.
“The new workshop in Drury represents not just a change in location, but a leap forward in our ability to serve our customers more effectively and efficiently,” the company says.
“Designed with the needs of our clients and the demands of the industry in mind, the new facility allows us to expand our capabilities in structural and mechanical repairs on trucks and trailers, ensuring we continue to deliver the high-quality service TMC is known for,” it says.
The company says the new location with a COF inspection lane will enable it to increase staffing levels and improve turnaround times.
TMC has also confirmed that its Auckland service centre manager, Stephen Millichamp, along with all existing team members, have made the transition from the Wiri workshop to Drury.
