New Zealand heavy equipment distributor TDX is forming a new company as part of a new partnership with Linde Material Handling Equipment.
In October, TDX announced it had been appointed the local dealer for Linde – a leading global manufacturer with an extensive range of forklift trucks, pallet and reach trucks, pallet stackers and order pickers.
The exclusive partnership will see the formation of a new company, known as LDX, to focus on Linde products.
It will feature a team of specialists responsible for the extensive range of Linde forklift trucks, pallet and reach trucks, pallet stackers and order pickers.
“LDX will be built on the same foundations as TDX, where over time will offer a ‘lift and dig experience’, putting the customer at the centre of everything as we strive to deliver a world-class experience, backed by local know-how,” TDX chief executive Colm Hamrogue says.
“The creation of LDX delivers a clear distinction between two different but also complementary areas of our business and will help all our customers better understand what we can offer.
“We’re excited to launch LDX and welcome Linde into our family.
“Establishing the new business demonstrates our commitment to the brand as it gives it the focus it deserves.
“It also reassures existing Linde customers that they remain front of mind and also gives potential clients a great new reason to consider LDX,” Hamrogue says.
