For the third consecutive year, Southpac Trucks featured in the top three dealer award categories at the PACCAR Australia dealer meeting held in Sydney.
Southpac Trucks achieved first place in the parts dealer of the year award, as well as gaining the second position for the Kenworth customer service award as well as second place for Kenworth dealer of the year award.
PACCAR parts general manager Chris Scheel praised Southpac for their optimal inventory and its commitment to high levels of parts availability to maximise customer uptime, as well as its customer service excellence.
Schell also praised Southpac Trucks for its IT development, as well as its 19% growth achievement for truck, trailer and TRP parts, and the completion of the majorly improved warehouse and facilities.
For Kenworth sales and service, Southpac came in second place, a position achieved through excellent customer service and its Kenworth truck sales performance in 2015.
“A great New Zealand dealer network and a committed team of Southpac staff led by Matt Lamb, Southpac’s National Parts Manager, have won this award,” says Southpac Trucks chief executive officer Maarten Durent, who accepted it at the Sydney dealer meeting.
