Road safety charity Brake and Teletrac Navman have teamed up to produce a fleet managers and HR professionals guidance report.
The report, titled ‘Positive mental attitudes: monitoring driver behaviour’ is one of a series produced by Brake which aims to help fleet managers reduce their road risk.
It discusses how to effectively monitor and improve driver attitudes, the importance of employers being aware of driver attitudes, and highlights the need for organisations to develop a culture that values and prioritises people and their welfare.
Guidance is provided by leading fleet industry experts and academics alongside a number of industry case studies.
The resource is available free of charge at brakepro.org to all Brake Professional members. Non-members can order it from the Brake shop, or join Brake Professional to access this and other resources.
The first ten non-member organisations to request a copy of the report will receive it for free. Email info@brake.org.nz to request your copy.
