The new 2015 Iveco Daily range will arrive this quarter, so to clear the few remaining current models Iveco New Zealand is offering Daily buyers a $3,000 Visa gift card with any new van purchase across the range (conditions apply).
The new 2015 Daily range will be available to New Zealand buyers in van, cab chassis and dual cab chassis variants with GVM ranging from 3.8 to 7 tonnes. The manufacturer says that business owners will appreciate significant total cost of ownership reduction over the preceding range, achieved through fuel efficiency gains as well as a reduction in maintenance and repair costs.
On offer is a choice of three engines ranging from 94 kW to 153 kW. Complementing the twin-turbocharged diesel engines is the availability of either a 6-speed manual or the new Hi-Matic ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. Exclusive to the new Daily in its class, the Hi-Matic transmission sets new standards of versatility, and cost efficiency while guaranteeing maximum driver comfort says Iveco.
Iveco product manager Christian Andel says the new range was very well specified for the needs of the local market and would have an impact once released.
“The Daily range received a resounding ‘thumbs-up’ in Europe winning Van of the Year, and Iveco is confident that the new models will be very well received by NZ customers,” says Andel.
“Among the many improvements over the previous models are several class-leading advances, including the new Hi-Matic transmission. This is a new feature that’s well suited to local applications.”
