Next year’s Transport and Heavy Equipment Expo returns to Mystery Creek events centre from March 7-9, jointly endorsed by the Motor Industry Association, NZ Truck-Trailer Manufacturers Federation and NZ Equipment Suppliers Association.
Organisers say that 70% of the available sites have been sold, and 106 exhibitors have currently registered.
The expo, which occurs every four years, is expected to see 15,000 visitors through the doors, up from the 13,222 seen in 2009, and equal to the number seen in 2005, prior to the global financial crisis.
Its aims include facilitating the transport and heavy equipment industries to meet with clients to explain industry changes, demonstrate product developments and technologies on offer and increase sales of products.
