Barry Nicholson is Orix New Zealand’s new general manager.
Nicholson, the vehicle leasing and finance company’s former national sales and marketing manager, takes over from long-serving leader Chris Briggs.
“I have enjoyed guiding Orix New Zealand over the past decade or more but I feel it is time to hand over to a locally-based general manager to steer Orix into the future,” Briggs says.
“We have a lot of exciting new products to bring you over the coming months and will continue to provide the quality service you are accustomed to.”
Nicholson says he is excited about the future.
“There are a lot of exciting things happening at Orix and I have a fantastic team of people behind me. I am looking forward to the challenge and to consolidate Orix as being fleet solutions provider of choice in the New Zealand market.”
