Specialist transport and trucking insurance brokerage O’Connor Warren has been ranked the number one insurance brokerage in New Zealand and placed among the Top 10 brokerages across Australasia on Insurance Business’s Top Insurance Brokerages 2025 list.
Founding director Eamon O’Connor says the recognition reflects the firm’s commitment to clients and its steady growth over the past decade.

O’Connor Warren, founded in 2013, specialises in insurance for transport operators, trucking companies and commercial fleets. The Tauranga-based firm now employs 15 staff.
“We’ve built a team that’s agile, empowered, and committed to delivering outstanding service. Our flat structure allows us to respond quickly and effectively, and our culture is built on care, diligence and trust,” O’Connor says.
The brokerage’s latest accolade follows O’Connor’s recent recognition as the No. 1 Elite Broker in Insurance Business’s individual rankings.
