The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) is calling on transport service licence (TSL) holders to update their details on the national register.
NZTA says it is important that TSL holders inform it of any changes to their contact details so the register can be updated and maintained.
From time to time NZTA may need to contact TSL holders with important information, for example, to provide a rating under the operator rating system (ORS).
If TSL holders provide NZTA with an email address, the holder can also elect to receive certain information electronically such as ORS and roadside inspection report information.
To notify any changes or confirm the information held is correct please contact NZTA with the transport service licence number on 0800822422 or info@nzta.govt.nz
If operators would like to receive ORS rating information electronically please advise NZTA at ors@nzta.govt.nz – and quote the TSL number.
