Transport logistics and port operations business NZL Group has acquired Cleeve Transport’s Auckland-based container division.
Cleeve has three branches, more than 60 trucks on the road, and key freight hubs in Auckland, and Christchurch – with a specialty in the shipping of steel.
The sale involves the container unit – with eight trucks based in Onehunga.
NZL Group has been in operation since the late 1940’s, and it has transport, storage, supply chain management and container park operations.
