busA deal has been reached between NZ Bus and the unions after six months of negotiations.

Both sides have made concessions on driver and service staff wages and conditions, with wages getting a 2% bump from last November, and a further 2% in November this year.

Concessions around sick leave, consultation and rosters have been well received by both sides with members of unions being urged to accept the agreement.
