After nearly a year-long process of due diligence, agricultural distributor C B Norwood will be implementing a new dealer management system supplied by Auto-IT NZ.
Auto-IT will provide C B Norwood retail dealerships with its agricultural equipment dealer management system, known as Equip.
Auto-IT NZ managing director, Roger Peffers says the process CB Norwood undertook between February 2015, and November 27th has been comprehensive and provided the opportunity for Auto-IT NZ to showcase Equip, as well as the support structure and development processes.
A team of C B Norwood managers were able to visit other Auto-IT customer retail sites that are running the system, seeing how Equip functions in a real world environment with feedback from the staff who use it on a daily basis.
Auto-It says will install, facilitate and conduct training for Equip in 17 Norwood Farm Machinery Centres throughout the country, and this will keep the company at the leading edge of agriculture industry retail operations in NZ.
It also says this venture will solidify Auto-ITs position as the leading DMS provider for the Ag industry in NZ.
“Now, the focus shifts to delivering a platform that will enable CB the Norwood Farm Machinery Centres to offer the best customer service through the integration of Auto-IT’s CRM functionality,” says C B Norwood IS manager Peter Riddell.
