Commercial vehicle leasing and renting firm NHR Group has expanded its national network with a new site in Wellington, a relocation to a larger facility in Manukau, and growth alongside Hertz franchise partners in Taranaki and Manawatū.
Chief executive Philip Arras says the move reflects increasing demand for commercial vehicle rentals across the country.
“We have experienced strong nationwide growth in demand and we are expanding accordingly,” Arras says.
“Our bigger site in Manukau and new Wellington hub ensures we are well-suited to deliver the same high-quality service and fleet availability our customers expect, with greater reach across the country,” he says.
The Manukau site has been repositioned to improve access to key transport links and industrial areas in South Auckland, targeting commercial and business customers.
Arras says the new Wellington hub, located in Petone, will support government, film and commercial clients.
“Strategically placed in Petone, Lower Hutt, the new NHR Wellington branch is only 12 kilometres from Parliament House in the Wellington CBD and 20 kilometres from Wellington International Airport,” Arras says.
“Plus, working alongside Hertz means we can continue to provide comprehensive rental, servicing, and support facilities across the country, most recently with our expansion into Taranaki and the Manawatu.”
NHR says the expansion strengthens its nationwide service offering as it continues to grow its presence in the commercial vehicle rental sector.
