Move chair Julia Raue said Stuart brings significant governance, financial and commercial experience, along with expertise in logistics, large fleets and complex supply chains.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Graham to the Move board,” Raue said.

“He has significant experience in relevant sectors for Move, particularly large fleet, complex supply chains and the logistics sector. This, together with his strong governance and commercial expertise, will be a real asset as we continue to strengthen and grow our business.”

She said Stuart’s financial expertise and leadership experience made him well qualified to lead the company’s Audit and Risk Committee.

Stuart said he was looking forward to joining the board.

“I’m pleased to be joining the Move board, and look forward to contributing my commercial, governance and finance experience as the company builds a path to profitable growth,” he said.

Stuart has held governance and executive roles across listed companies, co-operatives and private organisations in New Zealand, Australia and Europe, including Tower, Fonterra and Lion Nathan.

He is currently chair of Northwest Healthcare Property Management and Milkio Foods, and an independent trustee of the University of Otago Foundation Trust. He has also chaired audit and risk committees at several NZX-listed companies for more than a decade, including Tower, and currently serves in the role at Dairy Goat Co-operative and Ravensdown.

His executive career includes roles as chief executive of Sealord Group, chief financial officer and director of strategy and growth at Fonterra, and managing director of Lion Nathan International.

Stuart holds a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Otago, is a Fulbright Scholar, and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

He was appointed by the board under the company’s constitution and will stand for election by shareholders at Move’s 2026 annual meeting. The board has determined he is an independent director under the NZX Listing Rules and NZX Corporate Governance Code.
