Truck and plant auction services provider Manheim has promoted its chief operating officer Campbell Jones to the new position of Manheim Australia and New Zealand managing director, effective December 1.
A 20-year Manheim veteran holding both state and national roles with responsibility for New Zealand, Jones says he has a deep understanding of the Kiwi market and will continue the company’s business transformation.
“We will continue our business transformation which includes investing in people, technology and facilities in order to better meet customer’s needs. Our aim is to add value at every step of the remarketing process,” he says.
The company has already embarked on investment programmes and the local operations now offer a fully integrated vehicle remarketing solution.
Current Asia-Pacific chief executive officer Tim Hudson, who will be succeeded by Jones, will be returning to the UK to take the role of managing director for Manheim’s UK remarketing operation.
