ManaBus.Com has announced it will acquire the Naked Bus business, and Naked Bus founder and chief executive Hamish Nuttall will be the managing director of the combined company.
ManaBus.com is part of the Souter Holdings transport portfolio, and its owner Sir Brian Souter says both business operations will continue to trade under their respective brands.
“Nuttall’s innovative mind, industry experience and knowledge of the NZ coach business network will be a real asset to the team”, says Souter.
“Together we expect to carry more than 1 million passengers a year. Customers of both services can expect to see a continuation of the value for money fares.”
