Gough CAT is offering visitors to the Transport and Heavy Equipment (T.H.E) Expo the opportunity to get behind the controls of some heavy machinery this week at the Mystery Creek Events Centre.

There will a barista on site serving up complimentary fresh coffee, and there is a variety of displays inside the marquee presenting the latest products and services from the entire Gough Group of companies.

The latest in technology-enabled solutions for equipment management, productivity, safety and sustainability called CAT Connect – will also be on view.

There will be a Virtual Reality station where visitors to THE Expo can take a virtual tour from inside the cab of a dozer, excavator or wheel loader and see first-hand how CAT integrated technology is shaping the future of the industry.
Gough CAT will also be running an live equipment demonstration area directly across from the main Gough marquee.

Inside the exhibit area is the latest CAT 323F excavator, equipped with the Grade with Assist feature; a semi-autonomous digging system that allows even a novice operator to hit millimetre perfect depth and slope targets all.

As well as the 323F, there will also be a new CAT 308E2 fitted with a 360-degree rotating hitch – a real challenge for any skilled operator.

Visitors wishing to trial the CAT 323F or the CAT 308E2 – or both, may place a request with any of the Gough CAT team in the marquee and they will arrange a suitable time.
