Linfox site up for grabs

The massive Thames site vacated by logistics and freight firm Linfox is up for tender.

The Kopu Road site already has warehouses, workshops and offices making getting it prepped for a similar business wouldn’t be the colossal job it could otherwise.

Building infrastructure of 2075sqm and a fully fenced 14,410sq site adjacent to SH25 make it a perfect turn key opportunity for trucking or industrial-scale vehicle maintenance, says Bayleys salesman Josh Smith.

Aside from the admin office block, it’s the workshop block that’s the big draw, including a four-bay workshop with attached offices, storage and staff facilities. The main three-bay workshop is set up for truck drive-through, and has two full size truck and trailer inspection pits and another commercial vehicle pit.

It is also incredibly close to some excellent fishing.
