Jade Software Corporation has appointed Paddy Boyle to its board of directors as the company seeks more export opportunities.
Jade says it’s ambitious approach to exporting innovations will benefit from Boyle’s experience in governance and high-growth businesses.
Boyle chairs marine electronics company, Electronic Navigation Ltd, is a director of Innova Products Ltd (formerly Click Clack), and is a member of Fonterra’s milk price panel.
Jade managing director David Lindsay says Boyle’s experience in supporting innovation and the international development of high-growth companies, will contribute greatly to Jades future in New Zealand and overseas.
Lindsey says that Jade’s Master Logistics business is ramping up in the Americas.
”Master Terminal software is on track to become the world’s number one mixed cargo terminal operating system. The Jade Solutions line of business is continuing to add customers in Australia and New Zealand, helping more companies solve complex problems with clever business software,” says Lindsay.
“With our focus on growing the company and continuing to incubate valuable lines of new business, Paddy’s experience with growth businesses with international exposure will be invaluable on the Jade board, says chairman Ruth Richardson.
“With the growth the company is experiencing, it is the perfect time to add a new independent board member with Paddy’s governance capability” says Richardson.
