Iveco is celebrating a strong finish in one of the world’s toughest off-road rallies.
The brand picked up two overall top 10 placements at the 2018 40th Dakar Rally.
Driver Ton Van Genugten finished the race with a victory in the last stage to finish eighth overall.

It gave Iveco its sixth win in two weeks of racing after overcoming difficulties encountered in some stages of the race.
Artur Ardavichus, behind the wheel of his IVECO Powerstar, gradually climbed his way through the pack to finish fourth overall.
Iveco brand president Pierre Lahutte says the results proved the vehicles’ “reputation for outstanding off-road performance”.
The event kicked off in Peru on January 6 as hundreds of competing cars, trucks, bikes and quads tackled the desert sand dunes.
