One of New Zealand’s largest vehicle finance companies Heartland Bank has announced an offering up to $75 million of five-year, unsecured, unsubordinated fixed-rate notes.
On April 5 it announced the offer has closed, with the final amount to be issued being $125 million.
All of the notes have been allocated to their clients in the bookbuild process.
The issue margin for the notes has been set at 1.75% per year and the interest rate will be announced later with the final terms sheet.
