GUD Holdings is announcing its acquisition of automotive accessory wholesaler, Griffiths Equipment Limited, with the transaction completing on October 1.
Griffiths has managed the distribution of Narva and Projecta products in New Zealand for many years, of which annual sales are approximately $10 million.
Griffiths has been active in the New Zealand market since 1960 and also sells a range of automotive accessories under its own brand.
It has sales turnover of approximately $8 million and will complement GUD’s current range of automotive products in New Zealand consisting of Ryco, Goss, Narva, and Projecta.
The Griffiths business will fall under the Brown & Watson International reporting structure and will continue to be managed by Peter Griffiths.
