This year it is taking place at the Kentucky Exhibition Centre in Louisville, Kentucky on April 2, where Rihm will make a presentation to the assembled women truckers and honour their contributions.

Rihm Kenworth is the sole woman-owned Kenworth dealership in the United States, and Rihm took over the family-owned business operating since 1932, when her husband died in 2010.

Under her leadership, the company has grown from three to five dealerships, four in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin.

The dealership headcount also increased by more than 50%, and it has been the Kenworth Truck Company medium duty truck dealer of the Year three out of the last five years.
