EROAD co-chief executive Mark Heine says the team is “delighted” with the appointment.

“Duanne is a highly experienced CTO accustomed to working with successful New Zealand technology businesses who’ve expanded globally.

“His track record of enhancing world-class technology platforms to support a diverse and growing customer base aligns very well with EROAD’s strategic growth ambitions,’ Heine says.

O’Brien says he’s excited to be joining the EROAD team.

“I’m particularly excited by the potential application of emerging technologies such as AI to opportunities in transport sustainability and road user charging, as well as to the core telematics sector in which EROAD is a proven market leader and innovator,” he says.
