A Bay of Plenty company is to be prosecuted over tyre dumps in Kawerau and Waihi.
Ecoversion Logistics – previously known as Kawerau Tyre Storage – is facing prosecution by the Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
The Council will not comment further on the prosecution as it is currently before the courts, with the first call at Tauranga District Court on April 21.
