The NZ Transport Agency is seeking comments on its draft Land transport rule: omnibus amendment 2015.
The aim of the proposed amendment rule is to make minor or technical changes to three land transport rules.
The draft amendment Rule, together with explanatory material (including information about making a submission), questions and answers and an online submission form, is available here
The consultation material can also be viewed at the NZTA’s national office and regional offices.
Parties wishing to make submissions may call the NZTA contact centre on freephone 0800 699 000 for further information about the proposed Rule changes, or to be sent a hard copy of the consultation material.

Submissions on the omnibus amendment 2015 close at 5pm on Friday 1 July.
