IAL’s light-duty trucks achieved almost 40% segment share and a 15% boost in total volume for 2016.
The truck brand continued to dominate the medium-duty segment with 2016 market share reaching 43%, with close to half of all medium-duty trucks sold in Australia being Isuzu trucks, sales volume increased 10% last year.
Isuzu also achieved a 6% volume increase in the heavy-duty truck market in 2016, despite the segment seeing sales drop overall.
