As part of its community focus, Cardinal Logistics has wholly funded a new ambulance for the Order of St John, including all of the high tech clinical and medical equipment used on board.
Cardinal Logistics managing director Tony Gorton initiated the funding for the new ambulance to support the Order of St John charity and also the local South Auckland communities where Cardinal Logistics employees reside.
An event was held at Cardinal Logistics Wiri and Mangere sites today to celebrate the launch of the new Ambulance.
All of the Cardinal Logistics staff had an opportunity to have a walk through the new ambulance while the Order of St John staff explained the significance of such a donation and all the work they do to assist the community and save lives.
