CablePrice has expanded its Mercedes and Freightliner sales, parts and service network with the addition of a new Dunedin branch.

This latest addition to the CablePrice network follows on the heels of the early 2020 announcement that CablePrice had been appointed as the South Island’s authorised sales, parts and service dealer for Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso.

CablePrice deputy managing director Aidan Mahony says Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso are all very successful brands in the South Island and the team is delighted to bring sales and support back to Dunedin.

“The team at CablePrice are fully committed to supporting customers with the best possible service through our own, ever-increasing, branch network and this is just one part of that commitment,” Mahony says.

“The Dunedin branch, operating on the former Prestige Commercial site at 5 Halsey Street, will service the wider Otago region and offer truck and Mercedes-Benz van customers full workshop support, along with 24/7 mobile support should the need arise.

“We have also been fortunate enough to secure the talents of some fantastic factory-trained technicians, ensuring we deliver the highest level of service.

“CablePrice has a strong relationship with customers in the Otago region and we are looking to taking this to the next level with this recent expansion.

“Like all our branches, Dunedin has a fully stocked parts departments to cater for all parts requirements and with hundreds of parts in stock, we can offer quick turnaround times and prompt delivery options. Any part that’s not stocked, we can usually secure overnight,” Mahony says.
