The 2025 Transfleet Trailers/Allied Petroleum Bombay Truck Show, held on January 18, raised more than $120k for the local community.
Donating a gold coin allowed entry to the event, graced by many colourful and unique trucks from the early 1900s to the present day.
Transport operators were permitted to enter up to six trucks in the event, and more than 465 vehicles entered the UDC Finance Show ‘n Shine competition.

A few industry brands were noticeably absent this year. Still, Iveco Trucks, Keith Andrews Trucks, CAL Isuzu, Prestige International, Intertruck, Affiliated NZ, Kiwi Truck Tyres, Mills-Tui, TR Group, and others took stand space in addition to the organisers of the show.
A spokesperson for the event organisers, Marieka Morcombe, posted on social media that while the total amount has yet to be finalised, the benefactors, Leukaemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand, Franklin Hospice, and the Bombay RFC, will each receive $40,000.
Details of the prize-winning vehicles are yet to be announced by the organisers.
