The DIESELtalk quarterly report for January 2016 is now available for download.
In the January quarterly report we have interviewed some of New Zealand’s OEM truck distributors, including market leader Isuzu Trucks, as well as Hino Distributors, Mitsubishi Fuso, Daimler Truck and Bus, Southpac Trucks, and Penske Commercial Vehicles.
We wanted to find out a little bit more about their organisations internal culture and philosophy.
The Ministry of Transport release of the VDAM rule amendment discussion document in early December 2015 for feedback in February, raised a number of issues (and heckles), and we have no less than five points of view on it from industry members in this issue.
We are off to Grasslandz in late January and you can find out more details on the Ag in Action show on pages 10 and 11 inside this issue.
We finish off the magazine in the usual fashion with TestTalk, and this month its a quick trip in the new Ranger Wildtrak and a more in depth look at the new Toyota Hilux 4×4 SR Extra Cab model, fitted with a factory alloy tray, and tow bar.
Will 2016 be the year that Toyota Hilux regains its number one light commercial crown back from the Ranger? We will watch the market make that decision.
