“We’re excited to welcome Greg to the helm at TDX,” board chair Sinead Horgan says.

“His track record in leading transformational change and building high-performing teams makes him an ideal fit as we sharpen and continue our focus on people, resilience, and operational leadership.”

TDX founder and acting chief executive Alister McLaughlin also expressed confidence in the appointment.

“I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Greg through the recruitment process, and I’m confident he’s the right person to lead TDX into our next chapter.

“He brings a rare balance of strategic thinking, operational know-how, and genuine people-first leadership,” McLaughlin says.

Slaughter’s previous leadership roles include senior positions at Fulton Hogan Ltd, Holcim New Zealand Ltd, and most recently, Waste Management Ltd. His background includes managing large-scale operations, improving financial performance, and delivering strategic initiatives.

“It’s a privilege to join TDX at such a pivotal time,” Slaughter says.

“I’m excited to work alongside the board, TDX teams, and our wider partners to build on TDX’s strong foundations and shape the next chapter of our story.”
