“Helen has particular expertise in enabling business success by leveraging technology solutions, which will be an asset to the DB Schenker ANZ team,” DB Schenker Australia and NZ chief executive Craig Davison says.

“Having worked in CIO and director roles for major companies, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge to our senior leadership team, and to our ANZ operation,” he adds.

Angell says she’s excited to work for DB Schenker because the company has an extensive global footprint, and is utilising technology to drive value for customers.

“DB Schenker is well respected in the logistics industry, and with the increasing prevalence of condition monitoring, tracking, and other digital technologies as part of the supply chain, it’s an exciting time to be driving IT initiatives within the company,” she says.

Angell commenced her new role in September 2024. She is responsible for leading the IT and digital department in the ANZ region to enable business growth, explore and introduce new innovations, and ensure the business is digitally focused.
